Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Clover Cam and clover.camera, provided by Pine Apps LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy. Contact support@clover.camera if you have questions.

If you obtain Clover Cam through the App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license unless a separate custom EULA is supplied with the app. These terms supplement that license for our service and website; they do not replace Apple’s terms or remove mandatory consumer rights.

Use the app and website lawfully. Respect others’ privacy, image rights, and intellectual property, and obtain permissions required for recording or sharing. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. You must have legal capacity to accept applicable terms or the required permission of a parent or guardian.

You retain your rights in the photos, videos, and other content you create. Using Clover does not give us ownership of, or a general license to use, your camera media. If you voluntarily send materials to support, we use them only as needed to handle that request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Results depend on lighting, scene, device, available camera hardware, operating system, and settings. AI calibration and creative looks are aesthetic tools and may produce results you do not expect. Preview, illustrative website imagery, and saved output may differ. Check important captures and maintain your own backups. Clover is not a storage or backup service.

If an App Store price or paid feature is offered, its price and terms will be shown before purchase. Apple handles App Store billing and applicable refund processes under its terms and local law. These website terms do not create a subscription, charge, or automatic renewal.

The app, code, design, and brand are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party names used to describe creative inspiration belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Website photography is credited on our Credits & licenses page.

We work to make Clover useful and reliable, but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose or device. To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
